Due dates under Income Tax Act, 1961 Post Covid Extensions

Due to COVID-19 pandemic and challenges faced by taxpayers, the Government has extended dates for direct taxes. Due date extension includes due date for Investments For A/Y 2020-21, Filing of belated or revised ITR for A/Y 2019-20, TDS/TCS return filing for Q4 of F/Y 2019-20, furnishing TDS Certificates, Advance Tax, Making investment/construction/deduction for exemption from capital gain for A/Y 2020-21 etc.
